If something isn’t right with your order, here’s how to get it sorted. Start by reaching out to our team—we’ll walk you through the next steps based on your specific situation.

Need to make an exchange?

You can request an exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in like-new condition, with no visible wear and tear. If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty or an error on our part, we’ll handle the return shipping. Otherwise, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

Keep in mind that our warranty is limited to manufacturing defects. It does not extend to:

• Damage caused by accident
• Improper care
• Normal wear and tear
• Break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure
• After-market modifications

We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been exposed to water.

Received a damaged or low-quality item?

To help us resolve this quickly, please include a photograph that clearly shows the damaged area or the quality issue. The best images are taken on a flat surface, with the tag and the problem area clearly visible. This information allows us to assist you effectively and helps prevent similar issues in the future.

Looking for a refund?

Refunds are available under these specific circumstances:

• You’re not happy with your purchase: If you bought the item within the last 14 days and decide to return it, we’ll issue a full refund once we receive the items back from you.
• The product is completely non-functional.
• You did not receive your product within 60 business days of purchase (or 90 business days for deliveries to South America).

When your money comes back

After a refund is processed, it typically takes 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
